Your responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative tasks for the site management (correspondence, minutes, reports, scheduling, etc.).
  • Preparing meeting minutes.
  • Organizing travel and accommodations for the department (management and employees).
  • Managing vacation schedules for department employees.
  • Processing general phone and written correspondence.
  • Organizing and preparing meetings.
  • Filing, managing, and digitizing documents and plans.
  • General office management.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.

Your qualifications:

  • Preferably completed commercial or technical training.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an administrative role.
  • Ideally, experience in an architecture or engineering office (desirable, but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of HOAI billing (desirable, but
