Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Cleaner will perform general cleaning and upkeep for a construction job trailer. Individuals in these janitorial positions will ensure the job trailer is clean, orderly, and functional condition.


Summary of duties:


  • Remove all trash and debris, including flooring protection as directed by the Superintendent.
  • Clean window frames at interior, Clean interior glass, frames, jambs, and tracks.
  • Clean interior and exterior of cabinets, Clean and disinfect sink and shine plumbing fixtures.
  • Clean bathrooms. Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks, shine plumbing fixtures. Clean counter tops, interior and exterior of cabinets and mirrors.
  • Clean interior and exterior of any cabinets.
  • Sweep, vacuum and mop the entire unit including all rooms, and closets
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications:


  • Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job
  • Ability to use phone app for report completion of each location
  • Must pass a background check
  • Mandatory before starting work
  • Must be age 18 or over
  • Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions are also required
  • Ability to speak and read english
