Responsibilities:

  • As a Junior Consultant, you will take on initial responsibility in national and international projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft Cloud Services
  • With our HSO Masterclass, an international training program, we invest in your professional and personal success from the beginning (participation depends on your start date)
  • You support in conducting workshops to capture and document customer processes and requirements
  • Together with your team, you define value-oriented business processes in the areas of sales, marketing, field service, or customer service and implement them into a modern IT solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Training users and providing support even after the software has been implemented is another part of your job
