Your Responsibilities

As a servant leader, you will take on the disciplinary leadership of employees within the department
You create framework conditions and promote the development of agile mindsets and the culture vision
You ensure the achievement of overarching team goals and their resources
You conduct annual performance discussions with employees and accompany relevant personnel selection processes
You are responsible for ensuring a (at least constant) high level of employee engagement through appropriate measures
You communicate strategic personnel developments related to departmental goals in close coordination with department management
You provide advice/coaching for personal and/or professional development based on skillbased target profiles within your area of responsibility and enable employees to make independent decisions
You consistently implement agile principles (selection) and secure and distribute informal knowledge
You establish and maintain suitable formats for "learning from each other" and introduce elements of New Work ("work hacks")
You are responsible for strategic personnel planning (quantitative and qualitative) at the interface with decisionmakers

Your Profile

You have several years of leadership experience and have completed a degree in business administration or a relevant subject area
You have digital competence and are capable of virtual leadership
You possess intercultural competencies
You have knowledge of agile management and process methods (Scrum, Kanban, Management 3.0)
You have a deep understanding of change management
You have the ability
