About:

  • Italian luxury fashion house

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on CRM, maintaining client relationships, and aftersales processes
  • Uphold company standards at all times, including supporting visual merchandising, stockroom tasks, and cash desk operations
  • Stay uptodate with collections, have indepth knowledge of products, and maintain a proactive and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury fashion environment, preferably in ladieswear or menswear
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English is required

Offering:

  • Salary up to €35000, depending on experience
  • Company benefits
  • Monthly commissions
