What the job entails
Each day, you will face a variety of challenges, including:

  • Working on interdisciplinary projects with teams such as Operational Excellence or Digital Transformation
  • Focusing on your personal development, with support from a mentor through ambition talks, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Participating in common trainings for all Graduates, as well as customized trainings tailored to your individual needs
  • Becoming a part of the Global Graduate Network

What you'll bring to the table

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • An excellent Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or International Business
  • Previous professional and international experience
