    Supervision Responsibilities:

    About the Position:

    This role involves overseeing daily operations of in-home services for Healthy Families and Parents as Teachers programs. It also includes implementing strategies outlined in the agency's strategic plan and developing annual work plans with program management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accreditation and Compliance: Ensuring maintenance of national and statewide accreditation for designated programs and providing support for compliance with agency policies and regulations.
    • Representation and Outreach: Acting as a representative for The Family Tree in various councils focusing on home visiting, early childhood development, and innovative approaches.
    • Data Management and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing data for reporting purposes and conducting research for grants and reports.
    • Training and Technical Assistance: Providing guidance and training to program specialists, interns, and volunteers on parenting and children's services.
    • Leadership and Supervision: Leading cross-agency information tracking and supervising research projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Program and Staff Development: Designing and implementing staff development plans, along with new program initiatives.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Assisting in annual budget development, managing expenditures, and overseeing human resource and facility plans.
    • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance programs to monitor progress.
    • Administrative and Collaborative Duties: Collaborating with the Volunteer Coordinator, attending meetings, and participating in agency work teams.

    Requirements:

    Education: Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health, Nursing, or Education) required. Mental Health License (LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or LGSW) preferred.

    Experience: 5 years in Human or Social Services, 3 years working directly with families/children, 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience.

    Skills: Strong communication skills, knowledge of child development and parenting, proficiency in word processing. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

    Work Environment:

    Must be available for flexible hours, weekends, evenings, travel to various sites, and communities. A car and valid driver's license are required.
