Your role will involve continuously providing and maintaining KPMG's buildings and inventory.


Your responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Corporate Real Estate Management

- Implementation, you will have a completed university degree in architecture or civil engineering (preferably a Master's or equivalent).

• You have several years of professional experience in planning or project management.
• Your analytical skills and organizational talent set you apart.
• Teamwork is essential.
• You impress with your communication and negotiation skills.
• You are used to working independently, resultsoriented, and problemsolving.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, as well as CAD skills (Archicad), are advantageous.
• You have an interest and passion for the following topics:
• Sophisticated architecture
• Space planning
• Project management
• Independent project management
• Representation of clients/tenants
• Integration of other project stakeholders
• Contract negotiations and management.
