Your Responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating complex assembly, testing, and packaging equipment
  • Compliance with and ensuring adherence to work preparation and occupational safety guidelines
  • Troubleshooting and analysis, as well as sustainable resolution of malfunctions
  • Supporting/introducing Poka-Yoke measures (CIP/zero-defect production)
  • Good computer skills (SAP, BDE, and CAQ)
  • Implementation of Lean Management philosophy
  • Reporting of SAP, BDE, and CAQ data
  • Responsibility for sustainable increase in equipment efficiency
  • Performing maintenance work on machines and tools
  • Ensuring quality

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic for production technology (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Experience in assembly and testing technology
  • Independent, systematic, and results-oriented work style
  • Ability and willingness to optimize own area of responsibility
  • Strong willingness to learn and good communication skills
  • High level of flexibility, reliability, and resilience
