Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating complex assembly, testing, and packaging equipment
- Compliance with and ensuring adherence to work preparation and occupational safety guidelines
- Troubleshooting and analysis, as well as sustainable resolution of malfunctions
- Supporting/introducing Poka-Yoke measures (CIP/zero-defect production)
- Good computer skills (SAP, BDE, and CAQ)
- Implementation of Lean Management philosophy
- Reporting of SAP, BDE, and CAQ data
- Responsibility for sustainable increase in equipment efficiency
- Performing maintenance work on machines and tools
- Ensuring quality
Your Profile
- Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic for production technology (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Experience in assembly and testing technology
- Independent, systematic, and results-oriented work style
- Ability and willingness to optimize own area of responsibility
- Strong willingness to learn and good communication skills
- High level of flexibility, reliability, and resilience
