About The Opportunity

Associate Credit Analyst

Position Summary

Key member of the Credit and Collections department reporting to Sr. Credit Analyst. Assisting in the timely resolution of customer deductions and accounts receivable collections.

Job Description:

Work closely with sales, customer service, tax teams and commercial finance director to ensure account issues are resolved.
Participate in tracking and trending of internal process issues to drive continuous improvement and streamline collections.
Deduction resolution:
Gather necessary information PO/POD's, quotes, collection notes.
Work closely with the individuals responsible for determining outcome.
Manage CIA accounts.
Manage accounts with less than $50K credit limits.
Assist with account setup.
Gather necessary information to complete scheduled credit limit reviews.
Manage Team inbox.
Follow and maintain the visions outlined in the team Value/Culture Statement

Education / Certifications

Education Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Education Desired

Associate degree

Field Of Study

Accounting or Finance

Skills & Experience

Work Experience Required

At least 1 years' relevant experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

Knowledge of credit/collection processes, tools, and strategies
Excellent communication, time management and critical thinking skills
Detail oriented
SAP experience preferred.
Strong negotiation skills
Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
