Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for accelerating the overall customer relationship and experience across EcoWerk's entire customer base. This is a high visibility position and has career path potential to both sales and other customer facing functions.

The ideal individual for this position must have previous experience in taking a customer service from good to great with a proven record employing continuous process improvements across sales and service channels.

Additionally, the CRM will join a team that focuses on engaging customers with potential opportunities while exploring avenues to generate additional business through a proactive inside sales approach.

The Account Manager maintains EcoWerk's policies, standards, and practices and ensures adherence to EcoWerks Vision, Mission and Values.


Key Position Activities:


  • Assist and develop customer relationships across all business lines.
  • Manages the customer experience from onboarding through invoicing.
  • Proactively works with customers to schedule optimal delivery of services.
  • Works closely with Plant Management on scheduling.
  • Participates in special projects and promotional campaigns under direction.
  • Utilizes CRM system to update all activities and related pipeline movement.

Customer Service in Focus:


  • Coordinates service windows with Plant Management and customers to ensure mínimal queue times for delivery of service by EcoWerk's operating team.
  • Ensures that all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate from quote to invoice.
  • Communicate with customers, as the central contact, for service questions or invoicing concerns.
  • Assist Management with customer analysis and reporting of metrics and KPI's.

CRM Contact Management:


  • Work closely with EcoWerks operations team to update all related contacts not currently recorded in CRM.
  • Lead campaigns to bring in new customers through participation in team marketing functions.

Experience and Other

  • Postsecondary education is preferred but not required.
  • 35 years proven customer service or inside sales experience in a service industry.
  • Knowledge of customer experience and lifecycle is appreciated.
  • Travel will be limited as this is an Inside Sales Channel. Ability to travel within given sales territory as needed to on certain occasions.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
  • 2+ years of experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce

  • Travel will be required as needed.
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.

Pay:
$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
