What Does a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d) Do?


As a process technician for plastics and rubber technology, you will operate machines, monitor their performance, and prepare material mixtures according to specifications.

You will primarily work with plastic and rubber materials. The products you create will vary depending on your specialization.

What Will You Learn in the Apprenticeship as a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d)?


During your apprenticeship at HUMMEL AG, you will learn how to use injection molding machines and specialized plastic production centers to manufacture components for our three product lines.

You will become familiar with various production methods, learn how to conduct quality control checks, and create technical drawings.
