Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction within the Park & Control Center team
  • Managing and optimizing work processes and service standards
  • Conducting coaching and training sessions
  • Analyzing team productivity
  • Creating staff schedules

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in team leadership and ideally knowledge of customer service
  • Excellent service and quality orientation
