Caritas Senior Center Hildegundis von Meer is located in Meerbusch-Osterath.

The facility includes a residential and community center for 138 residents, a closed area for people with dementia, two short-term care places, a day care center for seniors with 14 places, and 58 senior-friendly apartments.
