YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* technical and infrastructural building management * ensuring and monitoring the cleanliness and proper condition of the properties under your care * other general caretaker duties, such as monitoring and fixing technical malfunctions, conducting repairs, locking up the buildings, and daily inspections * point of contact for external craftsmen and service providers * cleaning services for both indoor and outdoor areas, including sidewalk cleaning and snow removal, fulfilling safety obligations, etc
