Pedagogical Employee (m/f/d) for a Youth Residential Group Wanted at Anchor Point

Are you passionate about providing a safe environment for young people and helping them build a future for themselves?

Our youth welfare department at STRUKTUR and JUMA offers a wide range of support for behaviorally challenged, mentally ill, and at-risk youth and young adults with primary diagnoses on the autism spectrum. Our program is designed for young people who are unable to live with their families due to mental or social problems, but also cannot live independently. Our goal is to help them become self-sufficient.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the youth and young adults in managing daily situations, structure work processes, and train them in practical life skills.
  • You will accompany and support the residents' development process (reflection, goal setting, feedback on success, etc.) and conduct care plan meetings with service providers.
  • You will maintain contact with parents, service providers, schools, internships, doctors, and therapists.
  • You will organize leisure activities and holiday trips.

What We Offer:

  • We offer a part-time position (35 hours per week) – preferably starting immediately.
