IT Service Desk Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your new job

Incident management on site and in an international environment (remote): Independent analysis and resolution of inquiries and disruptions
Participation in software distribution and update management
Installation of hardware and software, user setup and authorization management
Administration and management of all end-user systems, such as IP telephony, mobile devices and video conferencing systems
Support and participation in various IT projects

This is what sets you apart

You have completed a commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification and have a high affinity for IT
You have initial knowledge in hardware management, software deployment and identity management and have experience with Microsoft Office
Commitment, teamwork and a strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability describe your way of working
