IT Service Desk Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your new job
- Incident management on site and in an international environment (remote): Independent analysis and resolution of inquiries and disruptions
- Participation in software distribution and update management
- Installation of hardware and software, user setup and authorization management
- Administration and management of all end-user systems, such as IP telephony, mobile devices and video conferencing systems
- Support and participation in various IT projects

- You have completed a commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification and have a high affinity for IT
- You have initial knowledge in hardware management, software deployment and identity management and have experience with Microsoft Office
- Commitment, teamwork and a strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability describe your way of working
