IT Service Desk Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your new job

  • Incident management on site and in an international environment (remote): Independent analysis and resolution of inquiries and disruptions
  • Participation in software distribution and update management
  • Installation of hardware and software, user setup and authorization management
  • Administration and management of all end-user systems, such as IP telephony, mobile devices and video conferencing systems
  • Support and participation in various IT projects

  • You have completed a commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification and have a high affinity for IT
  • You have initial knowledge in hardware management, software deployment and identity management and have experience with Microsoft Office
