Order Processing Clerk
with SAP knowledge (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Creating orders in SAP
  • Processing feedback and order changes as well as returns
  • Written and telephone correspondence with customers from the retail sector
  • Analysis, further development and optimization of software processes, especially SAP
  • Support and advice for colleagues on questions regarding the software used
  • Participation in projects for digital transformation
  • Creating documentation for users and conducting internal trainings
  • Generating reports for departments and customers

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree
  • First experience in the software field
