Are you a logistics and transportation pro? We are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) in Silver Creek, NY.

Your main responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the smooth running of our transportation and logistics processes.


Your tasks will include:

  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring national and international transports
  • Handling customs formalities and export documentation
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Creating quotes and calculations
  • Optimizing logistics processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

You identify with:

  • You have completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
  • You are wellversed in customs clearance and export documentation
  • You are proficient in MS Office and common freight forwarding software
  • You are communicative, a team player, and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy being handson
