We solve our customers' problems through all communication channels, either at our locations in Berlin, Erfurt, Fulda or Wittenberge, or directly at the customer's site.


To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for the following as soon as possible:

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) working for the pension provider:


Your tasks:


  • You have direct contact with callers from a pension provider, determine their concerns and refer them to the appropriate specialist
  • Classic topics include pension, insurance and rehabilitation
  • In case of inquiries, you provide general information and research telephone numbers and addresses

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have gained first experience in customer service
  • You have a strong service and customer orientation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • You are friendly and have good communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
