Processing initial, new, and continuing benefit applications with a high level of difficulty
Handling appeals and legal proceedings
Advising and assisting clients and handling complaints
Team organization and providing professional guidance to assistants in the field of benefit provision

You bring with you:

A degree from a university or college (Bachelor, Diploma (FH), 1st state examination) in Public Administration or Public Management
or:
A degree program with a focus on administrative, legal, social, political, or economic sciences
or:
Successful completion of the Administrative Training Course II, possibly with an exam to become
