We are responsible for the development of our underwriting policy for new business and existing policies (policy changes) at AXA Health Insurance in Riley, IN.

Our task is to promote our new business by developing a market-oriented acceptance and risk policy, while also protecting our customer base through risk-reducing measures.

Close collaboration in squads with colleagues from product and process management, as well as various units within the company (sales, communication), is crucial for the successful implementation of our task.

Your tasks will include:

Conducting analyses on risk structures such as illnesses or occupational groups to further develop our risk assessment tool, as well as deriving measures and adjustments for our risk policy
Handling complex and individual inquiries, such as acceptance guidelines for customers and sales
Agile work in the offer or policy squads
Communication with relevant interfaces and committees within the company

Your profile:

University degree (preferably in health economics, business administration, or a related field) or equivalent education
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Enjoy working with data
Basic medical understanding and/or experience in personal insurance with knowledge of the public sector is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
High level of commitment, responsibility, and selforganization
Proficiency in English is desirable
