We are looking for a Working Student Customer Success - DACH (M/F/d) to support our Customer Success Team in Appinio.

In this role, you will assist our Customer Success Managers in ensuring our clients receive the insights they need for their business success.

You will play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionize the insights market and have the opportunity to build a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support and coordinating research projects
  • Monitoring customer activity and health scores, and proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improving their experience and usage of Appinio
  • Assisting with the maintenance and administration of our CRM system, Hubspot
  • Preparing proposals, slides, and other materials for stakeholder communication
  • Developing content and formats to educate and engage with our customers (e.g. webinars, use cases, newsletters, etc.)
  • Supporting operational daytoday tasks
