To strengthen our restaurant training team, we are looking for you as:

(Junior)

Restaurant Field Trainer (m/f/d):

in the operational area in the Berlin / North region:

The following exciting tasks await you:

  • You independently conduct operational trainings on all processes, shifts, and standards in our restaurants
  • You accompany new colleagues during their training, conduct introduction days, create training plans, and support them during their operational training in the restaurant
  • Checking training success by administering the Burgers & Fries certifications
  • You always have an eye on operational processes, ensure standards are met during your time/shift in the restaurants, and coach the restaurant team
  • You also assist with our new openings, plan, organize, and train the new restaurant teams together with your training colleagues

What we expect from you:

  • You have a solid education (in system gastronomy, gastronomy, or hotel management) or a business background
  • You have previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Assistant General Manager or, ideally, training experience in the gastronomy industry
  • You inspire with your open and communicative nature and enjoy working with people from different cultures
  • For you, the team comes first you pitch in wherever needed
  • You have an eye for necessary training, always use the right tone, and show empathy towards each individual
  • You consider yourself "handson", enjoy taking on responsibility, making things happen, and keeping an overview
