Your tasks include:

As a Line Leader (m/f/d), you coordinate your team and manage your line according to given key figures, guidelines, and production plans.

You coordinate the line and step in at the respective position in case of absences. You carry out production processes (e.g. product changes) and optimize them according to specifications and process improvements that you and your team have developed. You manage the environmentally friendly disposal of waste. You keep the line at audit level with your team. You document production data, malfunctions, and losses properly and hand them over directly to the respective shift leader.


Your profile includes:
Completed training as a food technologist, mechatronics technician, locksmith, brewer and maltster, or comparable qualification Several years of relevant professional experience as a machine operator Good communication skills and strong organizational talent Experience with common MS Office and CSB applications desirable Knowledge of Lean Management desirable Hands-on mentality
