Description

Advise our departments and find the best IT solutions for our business processes at Fruit Hill.

In addition to analyzing and translating technical and functional requirements, your role will also involve planning and implementing the IT roadmap with colleagues from the departments, process management, IT architecture, and external partners.

Your responsibilities for this position

In requirements management, you will identify, analyze, prioritize, and formulate complex requirements for IT solutions.
You will act as the interface between IT and departments and create solution concepts after conducting a needs analysis.
You will take on IT project management for software implementations to support Fruit Hill's IT strategy.
You will manage service providers in the development of solutions.
With your expertise, you will support Fruit Hill in its transformation towards a future-proof IT infrastructure (cloud, SaaS, mobile work).

Our requirements for you

Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or
Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
Relevant practical professional and project experience in requirements management/requirements engineering or IT project management
Ideally, project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince 2, Scrum, LeSS)
Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
