- Preparation, execution and follow-up of on-site appointments
- Consulting and controlling of renovation work
- Independent communication with insurance companies, policyholders, specialist planners and experts

- Creation of damage analyses, determination of causes and structural calculations

Requirements
- Technical degree in the fields of civil engineering, architecture or a similar technical education
- Ideal: Knowledge of building physics and building material technology
- Good knowledge of cost structures in the construction industry
- Good IT user skills: cost management and project control software
