We are currently seeking a part time (approximately 25 hours/week) Documentation Specialist (m/f/d) for our pharmaceutical production in Port Barre, LA.
With around 650 employees, we produce high quality medicines and active ingredients on state of the art equipment in Feucht near Nuremberg.

Our customers come from all over the world, including Japan and the USA. We have set ourselves the highest quality standards, as we produce life-saving products for patients.

Here are the details of the job:

Together with your three colleagues, you will be responsible for all pharmaceutical documentation generated during the GMP-compliant production process of our finished medicines.

Specifically, this means that you will independently prepare the production documents before each production campaign, which include all data to be recorded during production, such as in-process controls or machine settings.

Once the campaign is completed, you will review the production documents for errors and completeness your accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, as this documentation serves as proof of our proper work.

You will also provide production colleagues with logbooks, SOPs, or operating and maintenance instructions, and review and revise them as needed.
