With this in mind, we are looking for a new colleague as a Commercial Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Göppingen.

Responsibilities:

You support our Customer Service and Sales Support teams
You create and coordinate timesensitive shipping documents and customs clearance
You communicate with shipping service providers and create inquiries, returns, etc.
You are responsible for processing and creating credit notes
