What can you expect?

You will work with the ticket system SAP Solution Manager and analyze incoming tickets, evaluating whether it is a software error or a customer request
You will manage communication with customers, gather customer requirements, create concepts and designs, discuss them with customers, and implement them
You will handle application incidents and find solutions
You will support and advise customers and be the central point
