For their headquarters in Nuremberg, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator for the inside sales department (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

Processing orders and supporting existing and new customers
Creating quotes and calculations and following up on quotes
First point of contact for complaints and claims management
Supporting sales through crossselling activities
Maintaining customer data in the ERP system
Close collaboration with management and departments

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship
First professional experience in customer service and/or sales
Customeroriented thinking and working
Friendly and communicative demeanor
Good MS Office skills
Good knowledge of English
