    About the Role: As the Director of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our commercial strategy, leading the charge in establishing an effective infrastructure for growth and profitability. You'll craft disruptive marketing and sales strategies that drive market penetration and sales growth, all while ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and satisfaction.

    • Define the commercial path to growth and profitability for our retail segment.
    • Lead the development of innovative marketing and sales strategies.
    • Provide crucial commercial input for program prioritization and business analysis.
    • Track sales budgets and metrics to guide future growth decisions.
    • Optimize sales operations tools and infrastructure for transparency and success.
    • Identify opportunities for growth through customer analytics and market insights.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to communicate core brand messages effectively.
    • Manage and optimize our Broker network for maximum utility and effectiveness.

    Qualifications to be a Director of Sales Operations:

    • Minimum of 10 years of successful retail sales experience.
    • In-depth understanding of current retail priorities and market trends.
    • Proven sales management abilities and a passion for consultative selling.
    • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
    • Outstanding communication abilities and ability to generate excitement and commitment.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
