- Optimize sales operations tools and infrastructure for transparency and success.
- Identify opportunities for growth through customer analytics and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to communicate core brand messages effectively.
- Manage and optimize our Broker network for maximum utility and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful retail sales experience.
- In-depth understanding of current retail priorities and market trends.
- Proven sales management abilities and a passion for consultative selling.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities and ability to generate excitement and commitment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
