This profession offers extensive opportunities for further education and ideal prospects for the future. We also offer a dual study program. The dual study program offers a close integration of a university degree and a shortened 2-year apprenticeship. Interest in gardening and plants, as well as enjoyment of working outdoors, are important qualities for this job. Manual dexterity, physical endurance, and teamwork are good prerequisites for the apprenticeship. A minimum of a good secondary school diploma is desired.
