BIM Modeler (m/f/d)

Full-time permanent position · Berlin/Dresden

Your responsibilities

  • Take on challenging tasks in structural engineering and bridge construction projects during service phases 1-6 of the HOAI
  • Independently create building designs and execution plans using AutoCAD, with a focus on detailed, formwork, and reinforcement plans
  • Create 3D building models and plan derivations using Autodesk Revit (BIM)
  • Develop assemblies and drawings based on the design specifications provided by planning engineers
  • Participate in quantity determinations

Your qualifications

  • Relevant training, such as construction draftsman, technical draftsman, construction technician, CAD designer, or BIM modeler
  • Previous professional experience, preferably in structural engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit is a plus
  • Experience with BIM planning methods is preferred, but we are willing to provide training
  • Familiarity with German building standards and construction norms
