We are looking for reinforcements for the breakdown service (recording and processing) for a major German car manufacturer in Greenwald, MN. Emergencies can happen to anyone.

Your (m/f/d) tasks:

  • Receiving and processing emergency calls
  • Correspondence with customers and towing services
  • Documentation of incidents
