Description

The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of properties, their furnishings, rental, and operation.

They are also responsible for organizing and hosting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

The Customer Services & Management (CSM) department serves as the central service provider for commercial, project-related, and organizational matters for both internal and external customers of Schwarz Campus Service GmbH & Co.

KG (SCS).

As part of the CSM, the Innovation & Marketing team aims to create relevant added value for the educational campus and its guests.

Your tasks:

You are an expert in digital innovations and are familiar with digital platforms and technologies.
You take on responsibility and independently drive our innovation and digitalization projects, such as those in the areas of Smart City or Open Data.
You are responsible for concept development in technology projects.
You can add your personal touch to our project management culture.
You act as a liaison between various departments, IT, external service providers, and other stakeholders on the educational campus.
You develop existing customer relationships and partnerships.

Your skills:

You have completed a technical degree, such as (business) informatics or engineering.
You are passionate about digital topics and have a flexible mindset.
