Responsibilities:

Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of office and warehouse. Empty trash and trash bins
Sweep and mop
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, production are floors, sweep, mop, vacuuming and replenish supplies and keep stocked
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Empty oily rag containers in approved collection receptacles. Assist in spill cleanup as required.
Clean/wash windows, glass surfaces, walls and mirrors
Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing were needed
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed maintain cleaning supply inventory and submit order request as needed. Notify management of any building repairs needed.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques
Ability to work independently to a schedule with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Adhere to company (PPE) polices. Strong communication skills, reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Maintain a strong sense of safety and a commitment to abide by all company health and safety polices and requirements.

Able to lift up to 50llbs pounds with mínimal effort

Position will require individual to move and/or reposition office furniture, trash receptacles or other obstacles when performing maintenance duties
Position will require individual to stand, bend down for prolonged periods of time
Position may require individual be able climb and use various folding and rollaround ladders with mínimal physical effort
Position may require individual work outside exposed to various weather conditions
