Your responsibilities:

You act as a contact for executives and employees for all personnel-related issues and questions
You manage and handle disciplinary and labor law matters
You take on the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate selection, and conducting interviews
You participate in various HR projects and continuously develop processes
You support in personnel administration
You work together with the works council

Your profile:

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management or a comparable commercial education
You have several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry
You have sound knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law and preferably know the collective agreement for the metal industry in North Rhine-Westphalia
You work in a structured, careful, and efficient manner
You have a responsible, independent, and reliable work style
You preferably have knowledge of SAP-HR and SuccessFactors
