We are looking for a dedicated and motivated employee (m/f/d) for the position of Fitness Trainer, Coach & Customer Support in Captiva, FL.

In this role, you will support us in coaching, advising, and assisting our growing number of over 1000 clients in our online nutrition and fitness coaching program.

As a
Fitness Trainer, you will work closely with our clients and continuously monitor their progress. With your positive, motivating, and authentic approach, you will help our clients achieve their goals even more successfully. Don't worry, you won't have to clean equipment in a gym.

Responsibilities:

Daily telephone contact / written WhatsApp support for client inquiries
Motivating clients through your conversations to push harder
Sharing knowledge and expertise
Encouraging clients to set even bigger goals
Increasing client motivation
Monitoring client progress and successes
Entering information gathered during phone calls into our client database (CRM system)
Forwarding any open questions to your colleagues (e.g. questions about coaching content, forwarding to the respective advisor) to maximize client success
Preparation, support, and/or execution of live calls

Salary for full-time
