Description

Your position includes the following tasks:

Independent and responsible execution of maintenance work
Ensuring order and proper overall condition of the properties under your care, as well as monitoring buildings and technical systems, including documentation
Activities in infrastructure, technical, and commercial property management
Performing services such as accepting work from craftsmen and reading meters
Conducting and documenting safety inspections
Acting as a contact person for onsite craftsmen

You possess the following qualities:

Completed vocational training in a trade
Professional experience in maintenance/management of larger residential properties preferred
Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Class B/BE driver's license
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Organizational skills for independent work scheduling
Reliability, teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and enjoyment of working with people
