Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline the installation process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers professionally and diligently to resolve their concerns
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales orders, and project documentation.
- Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all documentation.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and update sales information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance CRM data quality and provide regular reports on sales metrics.
- Monitor and track the progress of customer orders from placement to installation, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with logistics and installation teams to facilitate the timely delivery and installation of solar products.
- Assist in the creation of detailed and accurate quotations and proposals for solar projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor proposals to meet customer needs and address specific project requirements.
- Ensure that sales processes and documentation adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, government incentives, and advancements in solar technology.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in sales, administration, or experience in the solar or similar construction type industry is essential
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and financing options is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with potential customers
- Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to review and analyze complex project specifications and contracts.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing sales data.
- Comfortable with standard office software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
