**Project AdministratorCompensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for
Project Administrator:
$75,000 to $80,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Project Administrator Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and update all project trackers, documentation, and databases for the portfolio.
- Participate in briefings and technical meetings with internal and external representatives and customers.
- Review, understand, and ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Assist the Program Manager in managing, coordinating, and reporting all hiring and onboarding activities to ensure timely and complete staffing of task orders.
- Assist the PMO with contact with internal and external stakeholders concerning recruiting, onboarding, and security requirements to track and shorten onboarding timelines and problemsolve any issues as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Manage all documentation and tasks for new hire onboarding and monitor progress for reporting.
- Assist with the daytoday management of employees and serve as a major interface with employees.
- Communicate with employees on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules related to timekeeping, annual trainings, task order renewals, and company policies and changes.
- Direct employees in preparing travel requests, booking travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist with reviewing travel requests and expense reports for completeness and funding. Guide employees with corrections as needed.
- Assist with reviewing, approving/rejecting, and directing corrections with employee timekeeping and leave requests.
- Train and assist employees with timesheet setup, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct employee onboarding meetings, handson training, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Monitor and track timesheets and government concurrence for monthly invoicing.
- Assist in preparing a variety of monthly progress reports, budgets, and financial reports. Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Project Administrator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year of related experience.
- Experience in federal government contracting preferred.
- Teamoriented professional with a missiondriven focus.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and assignments efficiently, work in a fastpaced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be motivated and able to work independently with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Forwardthinking with great decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
