Our client is an internationally operating retail company with multiple locations in Europe. An agile work environment, innovative solutions, and dedicated employees are the driving force behind the company's success.

Due to the expansion of activities and continuous growth, we are looking for a District Manager Retail (m/f/d) to join our team.


Location:
Santa Cruz, NM, starting date based on personal availability


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Performanceoriented management and control of a sales area with multiple stores
  • Workforce planning, selection, hiring, and development of employees
  • Controlling of economic indicators and management of store operations
  • Ensuring implementation of quality standards in stores

REQUIREMENTS:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a similar field
  • You have extensive professional experience in sales in the wholesale/retail industry, e.g. as a district manager, sales manager, etc.
  • You have strong analytical skills and project experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, independent work, and confident communication on various hierarchical levels are your strengths
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
