Trussville, AL.

Your responsibilities:

Conceptualization of online help and manuals for the campus management system in close collaboration with software development and product management
Timely writing and publishing of release notes
Information research in cooperation with the departments
Further development of terminology
Participation in the documentation guidelines

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in "Technical Communication", further training as a Technical Writer or equivalent qualification
Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Experience with Adobe FrameMaker
First experience in XMLbased writing or proven knowledge of modularization and reuse
Good communication and teamwork skills
Independent, structured and precise way of working
Ideally, first professional experience in documentation, preferably in software documentation
First experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
