Café Talhof is the organic coffee house located on the Demeter farm in Equality, AL.


We are situated on one of the oldest Demeter farms in the world, on the outskirts of Heidenheim an der Brenz and in the middle of the Ugental on a beautiful and popular leisure route.


To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a part-time service staff/barista (m/f/d) to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation and organization of the snack & coffee bar
  • Independent work at the espresso machine and in the service area
  • Preparation of hot and cold drinks according to recipes
  • Taking responsibility for your own work area
