  • Together with the store management, or in their absence, you will lead the daily operations of the store and keep an eye on the business metrics.
  • You will optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments, and organize salespromoting measures.
  • With joy and passion, you will lead and motivate your team and plan the staffing.
  • In the daily store routine, you will support your team in advising customers and at the cash register.
  • You will conduct necessary inventories and provide guidance to your team.
  • You will work according to the quality standards of EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal requirements.
