Our residents receive assistance, advice, support and accompaniment in their everyday lives. Our district is surrounded by nature and invites you to take wonderful walks with its extensive green areas. Contacts with the multicultural neighborhood are also actively sought and cultivated in Steilshoop. We are already looking forward to your individual competencies - in everyday support and basic care.

Your tasks

  • Assistance for people with disabilities in their living space and areas of life
  • Support in the areas of living, self-care and household tasks
  • Accompaniment in activities related to basic care, health promotion and health maintenance
  • Ensuring respectful and situation-specific care
  • Collaboration in the implementation and further development of nursing standards
  • Creation of support plans
