As a family-owned company with a 50-year history, we specialize in managing rental properties and are currently seeking a dedicated and open-minded employee in full-time, part-time, or student job capacity for the following areas:

  • Telephone and personal contact for tenants and owners
  • Correspondence with tenants and companies
  • Administrative tasks such as processing incoming mail and emails
  • Assigning smallscale maintenance tasks to contractors
  • Assisting with heating and utility cost calculations


If you're not a fan of tedious owner meetings, then you've come to the right place, as we exclusively manage rental properties.

Your profile:

  • Experience in the administrative field
  • Completed training as an office clerk (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal German skills
  • Quick learner
  • Reliable
