is looking for a Diplom-Social Worker/ Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) with a degree in Social Work/ Social Pedagogy/ Education and experience in the field of child and youth welfare, for the youth work according to § 11 SGB VIII in the new youth room of the community of Hainburg, starting immediately or later.

The position is 50% part-time.


Your background:
Completed degree in Social Work/ Social Pedagogy/ Education with experience in the field of child and youth welfare. You are a confident and assertive personality who enjoys working with young people in an authentic way. You have competence in dealing with difficult situations and crises of young people. You have a culturally sensitive and appreciative approach to working with young people. You work independently and are willing to work in the late afternoon (until 6 pm). You have the ability to reflect on your own pedagogical actions. You have a good command of the Office package. You identify with the church's charitable mission statement.


Your new professional home:
Independent and responsible care of young people. Counseling on personal or family problems. Independently planning and implementing leisure activities and projects. Mediating in conflicts between young people and providing guidance on conflict resolution strategies.
