As a first-level support, we act as the link between the departments and the international IT team.


Your profile:

  • Good knowledge of the IT sector (focus on workplace), alternatively a career change with a strong interest in technology and sufficient professional experience
  • Excellent selforganization of daily work and the ability to keep track of a large number of requests is a basic requirement
  • Resilience and reliability
  • Very good German and good English skills

Your tasks:

  • Support internal Vector employees in solving IT problems and requests of all kinds
  • Coordination of tickets within the IT team throughout their entire lifecycle and communication towards end users
  • Support continuous improvement within the internal IT team
